UN Convening in Geneva, Switzerland
From 11 July to 14 July, 2016, Jagoda Risteska from Mobility Challenge took participation at the UN Convening in Geneva organized by Women Enabled International. The purpose of this event was for the participants to learn how to use the UN mechanisms and practices so they can use them in their own work, to initiate changes in their countries, to create a network with women's organizations from different parts of the world, exchange knowledge and possible future cooperation.

The team of Mobility Challenge and Health Education and Research Association-HERA are part of the EMPOWER Program. This two-way exchange program is sponsored by the US State Department and administered by the Eugene-based nonprofit Mobility International USA.
The U.S. based partner organization for Macedonian team is Center for Research on Women with Disabilities (CROWD) from Houston, Texas.
As part of the collaboration, during the month of September, 2013 were held two workshops for professionals that work on pelvic health and one workshop for women with disabilities from Macedonia for sexual health and reproductive rights. Guests from CROWD, Dr. Sophie Fletcher and Clinic Consultant Melissa Morrison shared their expertise and enriched the knowledge of the professionals and understanding of women with disabilities for the importance of sexuality and reproductive rights.
